I cover the whole of the Cotswolds including Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire and Wiltshire. This takes in towns from Cirencester to Stow on the Wold to Moreton in Marsh to Chipping Norton. Cheltenham, Tetbury, Malmesbury, Painswick and Minchinhampton. Burford to Fairford, to name a few.

My fees are transparent and agreed upfront. I charge a search fee to begin the process and a success fee upon completion. Every client's situation is different, so I discuss fees during my initial conversation. Many clients find that the negotiation savings alone cover the cost of my service.

Some clients find their home within a few weeks; others take several months, particularly if they have a very specific brief or are searching in a highly competitive pocket of the market.
